Hoppy Hopscotch's makes me think she tried to run away with someone else. Perhaps maybe a parkour spot they were trying to do where the purple hands aided us that she couldn't have gotten through, and either got caught and killed or fell to her death. Catnaps is likely a kid struggling to breath or something. It'd make the most sense.

Everyone was killed by i think picky piggy could have died of starvation but we dont know for sure but catnap killed everyone

I feel that crafty corn is still alive, flayed means the removal of the top skin, plus she never had a screaming end with Bobby and picky, plus she was asking for red, which refers to the blood around her, she might used the blood to draw warning signs on the wall

What i personally think what i think for some of them is
Bubba elephant: he is breathing in the gas while catnap and pickypiggy eat him while he's dreaming.
Kickinchikin: as he tries to leave pickypiggy finds him denying prototype and eats him while leaving
Pickypiggy: she worships or is under the control of prototype as she eats the other members who deny prototype and is probably trapped under the actual play place stuck waiting with craftycorn and another member eating her and waiting for more food from the god she worships
Hoppy hopscotch: while she tries to jump out of the area with pickypiggy and craftycorn she is killed or is killed by prototype and catnap
Bobby bearhug: probably worships prototype and got abandoned and trapped under the play house alone going insane like ms delight waiting to be with somebody as pickypiggy left her for food and thinks she's more insane then everything or just trapped alone
Craftycorn: she kills a member for her painting or another toy as pickypiggy eats her fed up of craftycorn or hungry eating her alive
Dogday: i agree but when he says "i am the last of the smiling critters" i believe he doesn't count the ones who worships prototype or he doesn't know their alive as the other ones he's seen get killed and when found saving somebody he is tortured and hanged

If you pay attention Bubba Bubbaphant you can hear him yell “grandma” it’s actually heart breaking that he breaks character to yell for his grandma! Most people wouldn’t do that!

ok here is a theory of what happened to all the critters.

this takes place after "the hour of joy", now that they killed all the employees they had food.

Buba Bubbaphant's death -
I'm guessing what happened to him because we don't have much lines from him.
So he probably was talking to a toy, an employee, or us about what he remembers about them. I'm expecting picky piggy ate Buba Bubbaphant, as for he didn't say anything that rebels against the prototype.

Kickin Chicken-
after days or months without food, his friends started going insane. He probably to go out to find food or to escape the toy factory. I guess the prototype or catnap found him and ended him (or fed him to picky piggy).

Picky Piggy-
She was starving to the fact that she would eat anything or anyone. In her cardboard cutout she states that she ate grilled chicken, seared elephant, and flayed unicorn. This shows that she ate Kickin Chicken, Buba Bubbaphant, and CraftyCorn! Then she talks to somebody saying if they would like to be friends ( probably a trap, she wants to eat them too).

Hoppy Hopscotch-
This took me awhile to think of a reasonable theory as for this theory of her is actually the most reasonable!
She could be trying to escape with a toy or a smiling critter ( Maybe it could be Kickin Chicken, or a human? give me a person who could be someone she could have been talking to). But catnap or the prototype killed her while she was jumping?

Bobby Bearhug-
She could have gotten lost while trying to escape or find help, she maybe was finding someone or something. She asks us to not leave her, she could be alive and hiding in the factory in the levels below. but i could be wrong...

CraftyCorn-
CraftyCorn's voice lines are complicated... But i've got 1 theory!
She talks about paint to a toy with her. She asks for some colors. She asks for red, and more red, then it ran out. What if CraftyCorn is referring to food? She tells the toy that she knows they are hiding more food from her, therefore she harm or unalived the toy and ate them or the food they have been saving? then she states that she felt much better after the scream, but even tho she didn't scream at the end of her voicelines she was eaten by picky piggy... Or she is also still alive like bobby bearhug and is hiding too.

DogDay-
Maybe after seeing all his friends die or run away, he tried escaping. Catnap got him and tore his legs, thats why his screams where more longer as for he was still alive.

I hope in the next chapter we could see atleast 1 alive smiling critter! Like dogday or Picky Piggy o BobbyBearhug? Lets see if any of my theories could be correct? But thanks for reading

And Bearhug is Hidding somewhere really Hidden I'm sure we'll see her in Chapter 4 her and Piggy

If the cutouts are the order in which the smiling critters were killed, I think this could be a possible timeline.

Catnap: Joined the Prototype during the hour of joy.

Bubba: Was the first killed. By the drawn out scream, it seems as if his death was long and painful. Maybe Catnap wanted to make an example of him. Everyone will remember the loss of the one who remembers.

Kick'n: The other smiling critters went into hiding. One day, Kick'n tried to escape by going outside. Not sure if Catnap or the Prototype got him.

Piggy: While she did not die at this point, she did betray the others. She joined Catnap and the Prototype and ate her friends that were killed. She probably starved or was killed sometime after Craftycorn was killed.

Hoppy: She tried to escape, maybe by jumping to the ceiling bars to squeeze through. She was caught and killed.

Bobby: She talks about being alone. She was probably separated from the others and lost her sanity in lonelyness. Not sure if she died in solitude or is still alive in hiding.

Dogdays and Craftycorn: As the last smiling critters, they were together. They lived in hiding until Craftycorn snapped into insanity, trying to get Dogdays' blood to draw with. Catnap found them. Craftycorn was then killed and fed to Picky Piggy. Dogdays was torn in two and tortured(its around here that Piggy would have died) until the player finds him.

Fact: the main villain of chapter 4 is daddy long legs because when chapter 1 released there was huggy wuggy that was tall and in chapter 2 we had an spider and in chapter3 there's an very tall cat and so did y'all feel anything? Because Like 2 chapters done then it was an spider just imagine if another 2 chapters there must be another spider
