The alpaka sling bag is amazing I love mine! I use for work sometimes if I'm not carrying lots or on short trips to library to study. VERY good recommendation

I think the 5 yr diary is such a good idea. Been meaning to get one as I think it’s a great idea for ppl intimidated by journaling. And the ease to look back at your life makes it so inticing

On your recommendation I went to the Alpaka website and got myself a small sling. I’m a bit of a fashion girly but I love this sling! I pop it into whichever handbag or tote I’m using for the day and I can be sure I have everything I need. Now I’ve ordered one for my super active kid for Christmas. I’m also very impressed with the price of these super practical bags.

You convinced me. I got the flashlight and its pretty insanely useful and a killer product too.

IIRC an important feature for that flashlight is that it clips onto your cap for a makeshift headlamp. Also you can use the high setting for self defense/running away.

Thanks for sharing as always Maurice! I always find something useful to use :) I'm with you on the journaling so this look back makes a lot more sense. Gives it a bit more purpose. I ended up just using a blank dotted TN insert and drew my own lines. It's lighter to carry around while traveling.

I have that alpaca bag. Love it with one caveat: the strap is a bit short. I’m 6’5” and with the strap fully extended it still rides a bit high, a bit snug. Something to think about if you’re considering buying.
