I think he handled that incredibly well. Yes, it's no one's fault, he's got no right to curse the experts, or Rick, but it's rare you see something drop 99% of its value and the owner just accepts the situation. Even if he cried in the car, once the cameras were off, he's 10x the man that most people think they are.

Why would you not get something like this properly checked out? They must have insured it and if the insurer didn’t check it to be the value they claimed it be to be, then they would have been better to have a ‘burglary’ than try and sell it
