I picked up this book off of ebay for real cheap after I watched this video. Great book...I don't have any of these coins yet, but looking forward to it.

Thanks to pausing, I got a lot of good reading in. Normally the rim on a coin does a good job of protecting the field and devices and its wear is not generally considered, but in the case of incused relief coins, the field does this job and is subject to a lot of wear itself. So getting a truly uncirculated coin is not easy. They were, however, the beginning of America's greatest coin designs.
