Talk about a labor of love, this makes me appreciate bakers even more. No idea they had to start so far in advance but it makes sense when you take into account all the parts of the process and their associated times

Their pastries are truly amazing! I remember the first time I went there - it was Mother’s Day and they had sold out of practically everything and it was only about noon! But they furiously worked to get more pastries done for all the customers still waiting. The owner came out and apologized for making us wait and we chatted with him about his family and history. I’m so happy for his success!
