ntldr is the Windows bootloader, best guess is that your HD boot sector is currupt, if you have a Windows recovery CD you can use that to fix the boot loader, just select the option to repair windows (then you may need to select the command prompt) then type "bootrec /fixboot" without the quotes.

Nice video. I was a bit confused about your comment that all the program first goes to RAM though. Usually flash memory is much larger than your RAM, so that wouldn't be possible. But otherwise nice explanation. Thanks for sharing

there are tutorials online on fixing the windows boot loader with a Linux Live CD, i have had to do that for clients in the past (it is a long discription to tell you how to do it) so it is posible to get the drive back working
