I lived in an upstairs apartment for 17 years. I had cable TV. Over the years 6 or 8 people lived under me. The last guy was older and couldn't hear very well, so he always had his tv pretty loud. I started noticing every time he changed channels, my tv would flicker a bit. I went to the basement and sure enough, there was a splitter on my cable. I got rid of the splitter and stuffed his cable into the ceiling. Soon he came upstairs and asked if my cable was on. I said yes. Then I asked him if he paid his bill. He said he never got a bill. I wonder how long I paid for my neighbors to watch tv.

That’s stealing from your neighbor. She should call the cops and say hey my neighbor is stealing my Wi-Fi password. Why is he using my password to run all of his electronics? He should have his own. The man is just a thief. He’s a pain in the neck every time, he’s just good for the community.
