A Quiet Place: Day One is a 2024 American apocalyptic horror film written and directed by Michael Sarnoski, based on a story he conceived with John Krasinski. It is the third installment in the A Quiet Place film series, serving as a spin-offand prequel. The film stars Lupita Nyong'o as a terminally ill woman during the beginning stages of an invasion in New York City by extraterrestrial creatures with an acute sense of hearing. The supporting cast includes Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff, and Djimon Hounsou, who reprises his role from the second film.

That was a huge missed opportunity not diving deeper into the people developing the skills to survive not just a helicopter saying to be quiet. Loved Lupita' and Joseph's performance. and that damn cat killed me the entire movie.

The way those monsters coming in the movie gave me the alien isolation video game play vibes where you have to stay quiet the whole time. Any noise you make, they are on top of you like white on rice. Very solid movie review and how are you doing today?

Great review man as always i have been hearing mixed things about this movie especially about the character development but atleast you def enjoyed the performance but i was not expecting it to be about getting pizza LOL i mean who is going to focusing in on keeping their pizza place open when you have Aliens taking over also such a shame that they did not take advantage of the NY setting

I thought it was well-acted, but I have to ask myself.... why? Why make this this movie if you are not going to show the chaos as the authorities discover something heading toward the planet, their reaction when they see what it is, how they cope, how they fail. I don't care a lick about pizza. I don't care a lick about a guy with ... attachment syndrome? I wanted to see the fall of society, not a personal road trip.
