RETURN OF PLAINT | O.VII, R.10 CPC | CPC lecture series by Deeksha jain

Order VII, rule 10 CPC provides for return of plaint, in case of if court has no jurisdiction to try the matter before it, then court return the plaint to be presented to the proper court having jurisdiction . Return of plaint can be at any stage of the proceedings of the suit, even at the stage of either appeallate stage or revisional stage.
