While filing any civil suit, it is important to keep in mind that the cause of action has been written in the plaint, the valuation of suit has been correctly mentioned and full court fee has been paid on it, that case is not barrd by any law, The case should be filed in two copies and as copies for every defendent has been presented. Failure to do so, the court rejects the case. This provision has been given in order 7 rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, which has been told in this video.

In a private property case, For adverse possession If I make owner the party in declaration of title suit and if the owner start fighting the case for possession how much time it will take to finalize the case in my favor. I have all the documents of last 30 years. Will the court dismiss the case as it is time barred i. e., 12 years [time to file the suit for possession] as per the limitation act 1963. Does adverse possession is applicable among family members?
