Windows known issues and product lifecycle in Graph API

We are investing in the Windows Updates API in the Microsoft Graph based on Windows customer feedback about the need for faster, more frequent, and programmatic access to data about updates, known issues, and changes. We released two new data classes there in early April: Known issues data and product lifecycle data.
