Beautiful! And I like the concrete barrier trick under the mulch! It looked smart

Beautiful work. What is the screeding material that you are brushing into the joints at the end? Looks too dark to be sand... stone dust from the road base?

Phenomenal work and excellent videos! I'm currently building a flagstone walkway like the one in your video but am using very large, two dude flagstones. Should I put screenings down before j do rough layout or layout stones and then pick stones up and do 1" layer of screenings? Felt like walking all over screenings and moving stones around would mess up my final base layer. Greatly appreciate the help!

Do you need the concrete edging/curb? I've seen flagstone paths that seem to have no edging (metal or plastic) at all, will those stones loosen over time?
Also, do you recommend landscape fabric underneath? If so, at which layer?
I like that you used the natural edge of the stone for the side of the walkway, looks great.

Great video! Question regarding the curb: I'm building a flagstone patio which will transition to grass. Would you recommend doing that quick curb to lock in the stone as it transitions to the grass? Currently the whole area is raw land. No grass yet. I'm assuming the process is patio first, then install grass, but I'm not sure how to keep the patio's exposed edge intact, so as to keep the base layer from eroding and the stone from dislodging. Any advice?

What do you use for a saw to cut through this flagstone? And is there a certain type of blade that works well for cutting flag stone?
Thanks, from Nova Scotia!

Hey! How is the edging material made from leftover material? Also do you reccoment any programs or courses for getting into hardscaping? Thanks!

What is the concrete curb material? Can I get it at a local hardware store?

What did you brush into the joints? What is the best product for joints that is the lowest maintenance in the long run to prevent weed growth etc. I am thinking of putting in a flagstone patio around a pool, I’m in the Midwest so have freeze thaw to consider also. Curios to what joint fill you would recommend for that application. Thank you your videos are well done Sir!
