Hi Sandra, I am using Linux for the Rna-seq analysis. I am facing some issues regarding split files. Please give me some suggestions if you know about that. Thanks

And then you join them by typing command: cat bigfile.a{a..g} > joinedfile

once again for every linux is missing. you first must right click within the parent file and type "open in terminal". you cant simply open the terminal...
