Is anime bad now? With tons of new anime coming out every season, there going to inevitably be some stinkers. Though with each new season many people have started to feel like there are less and less quality anime coming out, why is this?

I feel like anime has only been getting better. Every season for the last 5 years has had at least four shows worth watching not counting continuing series. All in my opinion of course but I've never been more fed as an anime fan

Definitely not a fan of the stories that are so long you have to basically give up your life to watch all of it at this point. I also don't like the one season 12 episode anime. I prefer to have a well-written story with relatable characters that goes on for just as long as the story allows. But that will never happen. Shield hero is kinda there but is still going. Jjjk is prob my new fav rn, delicious in dungeon is amazing too

I watched bleach for fun. Started in september 2023, ended in december. It was one of the best experience, despite of the large amount of fillers that I didn't watch.

Anime didn't get worse or sucks now cause it's mainstream. Earlier we watched stuff like Bleach, Naruto, Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Cowboy Bepop... we watch was succesful enough to get dubbed. With the rise of the internet and more sites to watch Animes on, we also watch more of things that fail in japane as well.

Anime doesn't suck now, we just get it less filtered.

My friends keep saying I am so behind on the seasons. True, but I also don't watch like every anime every season. Only the good ones.
