Good evening Dr. Valerie, I just finished again one of your fabulous and easy to follow presentations on "Optimization" and examples. It's amazing how you keep doing this over and over again! Your students will certainly be very satisfied with your didactic skills and apparently pleasant personality. Optimization problems are not exactly the easiest ones to solve, let alone explain to a person, but it doesn't seem to bother you at all! Also great to see how Calculus comes into its own when tackling these kinds of problems! Finally I would like to mention two strikingly nice conclusions I drew regarding two examples from your lecture: 1) Of all boxes with a square base and arbitrarily given volume, the one with three equal dimensions(cube) minimizes the surface area, and 2) A rectangle inscribed in a circle of given radius is actually a square which yields the maximum area! Dr. Valerie, many thanks for this great lecture, and have a nice weekend...

Dr. Valerie made it much simpler to understand. I wish I could take these lectures back then in my college days. well, still enjoying them now.

Hi, I just wanted to say thank you! I went through your linear algebra playlist, and it was an amazing learning experience. You are the best teacher I've ever had. I really wish you taught Calculus 3 as well.
If possible, could you share the extra quizzes and the PDFs of the tests (including those for Calculus 2)? I plan to watch those as well. I tried to look for them in the comments of the videos, but I only found some of them.
Thank you again for your incredible teaching!
