my therapist told me that loving yourself is supposed to be unconditional, and it opened my eyes. i love myself, but i was setting conditions to it. “i love myself, but..” isn’t the right way to love yourself. “i love myself NO MATTER WHAT” is the way. it changed my entire perspective about myself! i hope this helps someone:)
