With spring on the horizon great tips. I don't use frozen patties but might have to try. Really like the 10 second sauce.

I grew up eating these frozen burgers my dad would make out on the grill on Sundays. It reminds me of your "don't do this to ribs video". I honestly haven't thought of those burgers in a while, and after watching this, I'm gonna get a bag of them and doctor them up just like your's and take a little stroll down memory lane so to speak. Awesome video as usual Ry!

Great tips. I will try seasoning faster like you do.

I never put sauce between patties, it makes them slide apart and you have a mess, especially when trying to cleanly bite through the bacon

Do you close the lid during the 2 minutes each side?

I have found that the cut of beef used plays a factor too, and “chuck” seems to give a better burger. Bubba brand is made from chuck, and I have on occasion seen other frozen chuck brands.

My friend at my burger cookout: "Eww, frozen burger patties? I was expecting fresh." Do you want your buns toasted? "Ewww, no... Who toasts hamburger buns?" Well, me, Mister Know-it-not!"

I started getting ground beef from my butcher shop and making 1/2 lb burgers & wrapping them in wax paper then put them in a freezer bag and put them in the freezer. Then they are ready to go anytime I want them. I grill them on a low flame, and only flip them once. They turn out fantastic!!!!

Wow I tried it and what a difference adding salt and pepper even my wife commented how good they were and she didn’t know I added salt and pepper. Thanks for the video

#1. Watching your videos is a BAD IDEA because I’m trying to lose weight. #2. I season with Montreal Steak seasoning on burgers. Always get creat compliments, even with the impossible meat. (Which of you haven’t tried cooking you should. Done right they are a good choice for a family backyard cookout to serve the vegans or vegetarians in the family)

With current inflation I would LOVE to know how much that same package of patties cost today.

I’ve been drafted into frozen burger duty at my in-law’s cookouts so many times. The minute I walk in the door, they are like “hey, you know how to grill. Can you make the burgers and hot dogs?” Everything is always frozen. I am sure to use these tips to aid me in future. Thanks Ry.

I find that if you do season the frozen side, as it starts to cook through to the top, the seasonings blend into the burger nicely.

I use ‘em in a pinch and I’ll try this technique from now on. But it’s gotta have lettuce, pickle, onion and tomato. Mustard optional 😋😋
