I want to gently note that, while I appreciate your creativity, and I hope you don’t see this as disrespect, serving tagine with couscous isn't traditional or "normal" in Moroccan cuisine. Typically, tagine is enjoyed with bread, while couscous is a separate dish, often served on Fridays and eaten with a spoon or with your right hand. Couscous does not serve the same purpose as rice does in some South Asian cuisines. This isn’t a criticism of your choice; i just wanted to add this cultural distinction.
