Very easy recipe . You can also cook this in INSTANT POT or PRESSURE COOKER or SLOW COOKER or CROCKPOT. It taste delicious doesn't matter what kind of pot you use. It's the slow cook makes it yummy.

Hey! Nice recipe! Just that for the saffron water, instead of pouring hot water to the saffron, try grinding it first and then place on top of some ice cubes. That way you'll extract more saffron and get a rich orange colour too! Hope this helps! Sending you all the best wishes!!

Ras alhanot we don't use for tanjia . we use only beef shank cumin garlic gee and preseved Lemon 🍋 and saffron with 1 oz of water no😮 more .
