Take some coconut oil put some cloves in good amount (also known as lavag or garmpoo) in it .put some smashed tulsi leaves in it and heat it in a low flame.there after once the oil cools down apply it in affected area at night morning you will the magic it will remove the water in the affected area .daily u have to apply it once u see the difference . you can apply twice the oil.

It's auto immune condition
I have it from last 24 years so there's no permanent solution for this if it runs in the family and yes there are few methods u can prevent it
I learnt to live with it

I don't know maybe this works for someone or not bt I had psoriasis not just on my scalp bt also on my face my stomach and hand as well I didn't know what to do I was 16 that time it was itching, it was just horrible bt I don't know what I am saying right now will help anyone bt for me it did, now my face is clear. I have been following strict diet for last 3 yrs do not take refined sugar, decrease food which is high in glycemic index, avoid fried food, and also omega 6, and I am vegetarian, I do fasting for 14 hrs, I have my first meal in the morning 8:00clock and last 6 pm in the evening and most important I don't consume daily at all and live stress free life, stress make it worst . This really helped me. (Sry for English mistakes my english is not gd enough)😊.
