Creamy Gratin of Hard Cooked Eggs
8 hard-cooked eggs
2 cups half and half
2 tablespoons cornstarch blended with just enough water to make a smooth slurry
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/2 to 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese

Cinnamon-Maple Granola
4 cups old-fashioned (not "instant") oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 cup vegetable or coconut oil
1/3 cup pure maple syrup

Strawberry Butter
1 cup butter softened to room-temperature
1 cup (or up to 2 cups!) confectioners' sugar
6-7 large ripe strawberries, roughly minced

SUPERB! Every dish looked easy and delicious. The flower arrangement is so pretty. I had never heard of doing a hard boiled egg gratin - I want to try this .
