California state officials provide update on resources for renters to cover past rent as the eviction moratorium ends on Sept. 30.

stop sending the money to the tenants. make the checks out to the rental agencies and landlords. where i live theyre buying new cars, boats and shopping at the malls. a lot of people have continued to pay their rent through the pandemic because we knew that this rental moratorium was not a good idea. a lot here where i rent chose not to pay rent with money they received and didnt fill out the paperwork. once that extra 300 in unemployment was terminated and or some got completely cut off then traffic changed with people looking for jobs cause they know they just bought a new car and they now have a car note. so now the federal government might shut down the end of september and rental moratorium too by the end of this month. now people want to fill out the application but its too late. the flood of applications will jam the system. how is it that so many people all over the united states all thought to make the same bad decision to avoid the rental agencies and landlords then spend the money on other things.

the help renters need is called a job. instead of paying rent they spent it on vehicle payments. 75 inch t.v. going to shopping malls. getting New phones going to drive thru restaurant's going to nail salon. going to Disneyland.alcohol and dope. but no gas was used looking for a job . that's a place were responsible people go to make money. teaching children how to be freeloaders off other hard working people. protesters signs need to say cancel freeloaders. rent and deposit will go up because of this .😃
