Very interesting to realize that there is an important difference between resource and flow efficiencies; interesting to realize the relevance of focusing on flow efficiencies as it drives the most value. I very much enjoyed how you cannot tell that an organization is lean or operating efficiently just by looking at one point in time, the history of the organization and the data are really important to realize if we are really improving.
