Hey hope your respond, but my problem is that when I got GTA 4 months ago it ran perfectly fine for me, I stopped playing and decided I wanted to play it again. But now when I press the application the screen is just a black screen that has that little blue loading circle for your cursor and it loads forever and doesnt boot the game. I tried finding a video on it but couldn't.

It bring up an error, called problem with shortcut which reads make sure that the path & filename are correct
