Unless you are a heavy dude just leave it all the way down. I've never moved mine from there and I can't even tell anything is moving around at all. The bike is just comfortable and you can simply run over stuff that would ordinarily encourage you to get you out of the saddle. As a result I think there is less fatigue at the end of long rides even on average roads. Great design a vast improvement in this new generation of the Domane.

Have a six series and a five series Domane and I defy you to tell the difference no matter what the setting. It's a complete marketing gimmick to justify the 1500. Dollar difference.
