How to Prepare for Brand Strategy

Another person asks a question about Brand Strategy – “How do you Prepare for Brand Strategy?”
The simple answer – it depends on the business. Every company is different. That is where having a structure framework helps. We see strategy as being broken into four parts:
-the business
-the brand
-the users
-the marketing
Based off those four categories we can ask the appropriate questions or do the appropriate exercises in Discovery that are applicable to the business we are working with.
