Ingredients

White sliced mushrooms 16oz
Fettuccine pasta about 1 lb
Parmesan Reggiano cheese
2.8 oz white truffle butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup onions
1/4 cup butter
Nutmeg
Thyme
Salt and pepper
Parsley
1/4 cup chicken stock
Chives for garnish

My man, you need to cook those mushrooms down a bit more, add some brown to them. That requires a higher heat on the pan.

If you don't want the liquid in the mushroom (which nobody does because mushrooms are 80% water) you should cook those down first, then do the onions and add the mushrooms back in with the onions to finish those up. Otherwise, this is a good dish. I make it with cremini mushrooms and fresh tarragon. Not bad.
