RTX 5070 can give RTX 4090 level performance only with DLSS 4

My problem with the 50 series is not that they use DLSS and upscaling but its that they rely on it. I really dont understand people who defend this. The problem isnt the software, it isnt the AI, its the fact that NVIDIA is using it as an excuse to not make better products. Look at the 1080ti for example. If NVIDIA wanted to give you 4090 performance for 550, they can. I swear to you that they can, because they've done it in the past. I find it really dumb that people are accepting this, "So what if its fake frames? im still getting 200 fps", yeah but at that point youre not even using the graphics card for its intended purpose. Even jensen said it live "Out of 33 million pixels only 2 are actually calculated" meaning only 2 million are rendered by the gpu and the rest is just ai generated. You guys actually like that? You like paying over 500 dollars for a graphics card and not using the graphics card? My point is that we could be getting better products but instead we get waterboarded with AI and forced to accept it and unfortunately many people are accepting it. Imagine if we got actual 4090 rasterisation plus DLSS 4. Isnt that a better deal than mediocre rasterisation so you have to rely on AI generated frames to get the performance that you were promised?

The problem is not DLSS 4, IT IS ENTIRELY DEPENDING ON IT. while the 4090 is raw performance, the 5070 will depend entirely on it, you are basically looking for a downgrade

3070 = 2080ti
4070s (replace of 4070) = 3090
5070 = 4090 but, with A LOT of dlss magic)

That's straight up misleading then. every post i saw was saying that the 5070 is as powerful as the 4090 and not mentioning anything about dlss, which is misleading as i said

Test demonstrated that dlss3 with 1 extra frame doubled input lag so game went from 1ms response to 8 don't ask how it's just results. Now Immagine 3 extra frame with dlss4. I'll go smoke and pee while real frame will update real state of game😂

5070 with the MFG dlss 4.0 outperforms 4090 with its FG dlss 3.5 according to search plus GPT. Thats still incredible for 549$

I think the difference is that the 4000 series doesn't get dlss4 and the 5000 series does.

That was already the case with the 3000/4000 series and frame generation (DLSS 3.5?)

4090 is still BETTER trust me, when fsr4 multi frame gen is introduced they'll be getting similar/close fps to the 5090 (My Opinion)
