Just started through this content.. Have been playing for a few years now and reached the point of diminishing returns with difficult problems using pattern recognition and simple reduction. Being given a course in logic hidden inside learning sodoku is very pleasant. Not sure how long it will take me to consume this or whether it will improve my sodoku but it might improve my thinking tools. Thanks for making the effort to produce and publish this. I like the idea of penless solving but find that composing mental chains of any significant length may be beyond my talent. I find similar challenges with mental calculation. I suspect mnemonic techniques can be applied for longer chains for those of us that are a bit limited as there are plenty of folk that can quickly recite the order of a deck of cards but I have never invested adequately in mnemonic techniques... So thank you. I'm going to continue to grind through and see if anything sticks.

Where can I get a sudoku board like you use, where you can click a number and it highlights all units with that number? Is there a downloadable program or one to use on the Internet?
