How to find a mentor in college and in your early career

Mentorship is a valuable form of support that can help University students achieve their academic and career goals. A good mentor can offer professional advice and guidance, personal encouragement and care, and access to opportunities and networks that can enhance the learning and development of people at almost any stage of their career. Mentorship can also specifically help undergraduate students navigate the challenges and transitions of college life, such as adjusting to a new environment, exploring different majors and careers, and preparing for graduation and employment.
