How wonderful to see you again! Thank you for all info-advices. I eat beans, garlic, drink juices loaded with vitamin C, all I do except for the eggs, because I am a vegetarian, and some time ago I became a vegan, so no eggs for me . A big hug. As usual you are looking wonderful.

Except I cannot stand egg whites, and only eat the egg yolks (and the only reason I really eat egg yolk is I am after all the nutrients in the egg yolk, I am not too fond of the taste).

Would wearing red tinted sunglasses help with collagen production around the eyes? I figure it might allow the red from the lens to reflect against the skin when out in the sun.

But of course I'll go for beans for protein. Also, surely one ought not try taurine for sulfur. Meat will have all the above and more of the things that make for a good skin. Beans...

Beans are 1 of the worst foods you can possibly eat- they're literally inedible! If you're having trouble with your "gut" health- please do not eat dried legumes(yes I know they need to be soaked for AT LEAST 24 hours before!) the very fact that they NEED to be soaked that long, & then COOKED for another 4/6 hours, should be a huge red flag!! 🚩 Doc. is a great guy, but his nutrition advice is not so good- I mean, orange juice!!🤔 That's like drinking a glass of sugar! Increase collagen intake by actually eating beef BONE broth & the skin of your chicken thighs- sardines & canned salmon as well the little edible bones in there are full of vitamin C and collagen, not to mention red meat for vitamin C- just not beans, they weren't even meant for consumption. & green peppers = not hot at all, & research shows how bad GREEN peppers & tomatoes are for your intestines. Eggs are a perfect food though!😊
