Here is a video to if you can run Rocket League at 1080p with a GTX 780.

To keep the game at 144 FPS, you should stay at Quality settings.

I record with Shadowplay so you should get ~5% more FPS than what you see in the video.

Here are the timings :
00:10 - Maxed out (GAMEPLAY)
02:55 - Quality settings (GAMEPLAY)

My configuration :
CPU - I7 6700k 4.3GHz
GPU - GTX 780 1124MHz, 3206MHz
RAM - G.Skill RipV 2400 MHz
Motherboard - Asus Z170-A
