I love that Lily's response to the cow having mastitis was, "Maybe she isn't drinking enough water"! Anyone who has breastfed or been around it will totally get it!

So very glad to see Jonah back in his game. Remember the quiet soldier that came to the rescue when Jonah was out of commission. He rose to the occasion brilliantly. It must be great to have all those intelligent children.

Warmed my heart to see Lily eager to try out the bike, Dad worried about her getting hurt and Jonah supporting her by saying he's done the same thing. Thanks for sharing the moment with us.

Oh my goodness, that ending! Lily, don't scare us like that. Your brothers were so cool, not making fun of you at all. What a challenge they all had with poor Flossie. It was like watching a horse get back to its barn after a long ride when she saw that pole barn - she knew right where she was going and couldn't get there fast enough. I see Gideon still knows how to stand around or sit around and do nothing even when Papa was calling on him to help in a time of great stress. But I love how both Lily and Papa told him he needed to learn how to be responsible before he will get the rewards he wants.

So much for Gideon helping today. Lol glad we see how real things are. Your kids do a lot I know sometimes they don’t want to. Kids being kids. I love following your journey. I’ve watched you for years

As a mama, Gideon is exhausting to watch and he ain’t even mine! Bless his little heart. What a wild thing. Good luck y’all, you’re gonna need it. 😂

Justin, I love the realistic content. Maybe it is slower but it's still peaceful, comical and it continues to remind me not to give up my homestead dreams.

I totally cracked up when Lily got off and the bike kept going. She is a tough cookie and has an adventurous heart.

Enjoying your 100 day series along with all the others! Your children are a blessing and you are letting them work along side you and make decisions to learn. Keep up the great work. You are building more than a homestead.

I feel like this 100 days is my equivalent to the World Cup! Knowing I have a video to watch at 10am daily is just such a treat! Thanks Justin

It's great that you allowed Lily to ride the motorized bike. (I was nervous right there with you) She is an amazing young lady! Also LOVED how the boys were so excited and seemed to be quite proud of Lily taking that bike for a ride. So happy she didn't get hurt there at the end while getting off...practice makes perfect!

A trick for riding those motor bikes: Start with your hand low! The hand that controls the speed should start lower because when you're scared, your instinct is to pull back. But if you pull back with that hand, you're going to make yourself go faster. If you start low, its a heck of a lot harder to accidentally pull on that throttle.

I love the way you ask the kids for advice and listen to them. I come from a Hispanic family where kids were seen and not heard so this is so amazing to me. I love it!!

Justin, you have a ton more patience with Gideon than I would have.

For flossie get a Kow Can't Kick milking tool it's a gentle vise that sits over her hips and compresses gently her tendons so she can't raise her legs to kick

I love that you did not cut the video off before Lily had her little accident and you kept it long enough so we were aware that she was OK!

That Lily is adorable. I love that she wants to get out there and ride everything. And so glad Jonah is back in the saddle, so to speak. 🏍

Lilly: Every female watching you today was on your team. You rock girl. No discussion about that.

Nice job man to get back on the horse. Like your father said and if you don't like it you can always try something else. I've been meaning to say how impressive the youngster picked up the slack when Jonah was healing. Dang you all have great work ethic, inspiration to get better in all aspects of life.
