Just casually training Josh Hart’s dog 😂

Dude was preparing to yank that dog into the shadow realm 😂😂

He wasn't going to do it again after that first yank lmao. 100% correct on people reinforcing bad behavior though. A lot of people will pet their dogs when they are acting up.

Yup, fostered a dog that did this. Corrected him numerous times, he tenses up but doesn’t lunge anymore.

He was loading up to yank that dogs soul out of him 😂

Thank you for that last part. Huge pet peeve of mine when I see people trying to "soothe" their dog's bad behavior by petting them. Like dude you don't understand, you're literally positively reinforcing bad (often times aggressive) behavior.

The treats on his belt make him looks so much more confident. I love that about how out fit

I love the term 'loading up.' This is a critical moment that we as dog owners need to recognize and sieze upon. Nip the undesirable behavior when it is barely a 'simmer' - not when it is a 'full boil.'

I love this guy, my Staffy walks perfect and doesn’t chase cars anymore thanks to his methods.

I've heard from other trainers you can't teach a dog to bite or lunge aggressively by telling them they're a good boy and calming them every time they want to bite and this has worked for me. My dog who's a rescue wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for telling him he's a good boy whenever people are around. All other training methods didn't work, we've even got him down to strangers petting him and him not reacting to it. Yes we even told him he's a good boy and all that while he was snarling and it would instantly calm him down. I feel like there is a situation for this and judging on my dogs behavior all it does is reassure him that he's doing good by staying back and let's him know I'm there and not to be scared

Ill never forget this is the guy who said u can hypnotize a dog, he told a dog to stay while the dog was already laying down💀😂😊

That correction realigned all of my vertebrae just from watching it. Apparently it realigned the dogs priorities too👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Lol that guy didn't stop at the stop sign... and ran up on the curb.

I used a shock collar to train my dog to stay away from cats. Took several weeks but now if he sees a moving vehicle it goes the opposite direction.

Driver: I’ll just take the next left I guess🥺

Better to give a dog a few good corrections than it is to let the bad behavior continue (which could most definitely result in injury or death of dog). Nice job!

That seemed to be a very physically strong correction. Maybe thats what I’ve been doing wrong with my 70lb pit. I guess i need to correct harder when he tries to charge another dog. I thought i was doing hard enough but at times when he’s far gone the usual correction i do doesn’t work. So i got an k9 dog whistle speaker. Seems to work to get his attention immediately.
