I got the PayPal card a couple days ago. I went to Wendy’s and did indeed get the 5% back in points!
I have the Amex blue everyday and the PayPal credit card so it’s nice to have a card for eating out.

On my Amex app I was targeted for 250k for Business platinum and 175k for Business Gold might do both but one at a time

PayPal debit used to be great when you didn't have to keep money in the account and you could just have it pull money from your bank account after transactions

Wonder how long this 5% back PayPal debit card is going to last. I've been using it at bars that code is restaurants and have an auto reload $25 when it gets below $25 so there's usually anywhere from 30 to 45 bucks in it which is plenty for a couple drinks at a bar.

I'd never pay for gas with a debit card, and I'm interested in the health and beauty though, I'm hoping that would cover spa services like massages and pedicures.

Don't love the PP debit card right now because if the money needs to sit in the account until I use it and the account doesn't earn any interest, that's an opportunity cost of about a 5% APY that I could have earned in a high-yield savings account. You also need to set the category every month. I suppose though that if someone has very regular expenses and can set the card up to auto-reload from somewhere that does pay interest it's not the worst idea. If you always spend $50 on gas every week (for example), you could only keep $60 in your balance and set it to recharge itself back up to $60. For miscellaneous spending this seems like a huge hassle though.
