Your fix was the ONLY one that worked to get rid of the REPLACE battery warning on my old Blink...THANK YOU! Now, if I could only figure out how to make the camera's 2-way voice thingie work again, it'd be awesome!

Happy for everyone else who had success with this. Didn't work here. I personally hate that Blink changed to this new generations. I would be better off ditching this POS and buying an older used one off of Ebay. Have had ZERO issues with the previous generation of cameras. New isn't always better.

Just got a brand-new Blink indoor / outdoor floodlight camera. Could not get it to work, even called Blink Support. They could not figure out the problem. I saw the video, tried it and now the camera is working. Even the support people did not tell me this. Thanks for the tip.

I put on a new set of batteries and it also fixed the problem. The reason was because the battery was running low and the firmware needed to be updated.

I would like to ask - I have two problems:
1) is it possible to reset the camera and the transmitter to factory reset even when there is still registration? (I mean make it unregistered again)
2) I have transmitter and I can't connect to the blink network. Everything seems to be fine, I reset it (the diodes blinking correctly), I scan the qr, it find it in the network, it connect, it ask for connect to the home wifi, until here same like normal one, but when I disconnect from the transmitter and it start connecting to the blink server, it take a while and after I got error message, that it couldn't connect and I should try it again. I tried like 100x and still the same problem. (But another device is just fine, no problem, smooth connection, after deleting I am able to connect it again..) Do you have any clue please, how to solve this problem?
