Still playable in sleeves.
Rain Dance combo was one of the best decks at the time along with the Haymaker decks.

a card that actually survived 24 years in hands of somebody since his chilhood and still looks pretty good, in certain way more valuable that one hidden in a box

Yeah i would absolutely pay $25 for this. If a cards not pristine like an 8/9/10 I’d actually prefer a very worn one. Just very charming to know it was used and loved by someone else before me, this looks more like the relic it is than the endless PSA 7s and below out there

I had a few as a kid and the damage on it just reminds me of playing pokemon in the sand with my friends when we didnt even know how the game worked

Love it, I'd say worth. I'm a big fan of collecting older cards with some wear on them. It's nice to know they've always been loved.
