If you are NOT using a computer with Windows 10 operating system to create the USB drive, right click on the downloaded tool and then select properties. Click on the Compatibility tab and then select the operating system of the computer that you are using to create the USB drive and then click the box to select it. It worked for me. Great video. THANK YOU! I had tried for hours to fix a problem with the microsoft store and nothing would work, but everyone recommended doing an in-place upgrade to 'soft reset' (not sure the right term) windows. I kept getting this same error, and after multiple videos and articles happened across this one, which was randomly suggested from another video. This is the only one that actually 'fixed' the issue and let me do an in-place upgrade, which has fixed a few problems. I can't thank you enough for this
