QUESTION: I downloaded the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool onto a USB 3.0 I have a Samsung 512GB 860 SSD. I have tried this with formatting the SSD as an MBR with a letter and also without a letter and without MBR. Nothing works. I am asked for the 25-digit code. And I am told to go ahead with the Custom install. I am then told there will be a "Restart." The problem is, I then need to continue this same process over and over and over and over. I have done it up to five times entering the 25-digit code and restarting every time. I presume it is not supposed to be like that. What is going wrong? How can I get Windows 10 to install properly?
