Hurricane Milton churned across Florida on Thursday after plowing into the state as a Category 3 storm, bringing misery to a coast still ravaged by Helene, pounding cities with winds of over 100 mph (160 kph) after producing a barrage of tornadoes, but sparing Tampa a direct hit.

The real fear was those tornadoes. You don't know where they are going to hit. How much they will wipe out and they happen fast. The entire eastern coast of Florida was Tornado Alley. I saw some footage. Those were monstrous size tornadoes. Gave me PTSD just seeing them. You left people defenseless.

The eyewall is not the full storm. It's insane to focus on that. Why some people are now dead. The first part of Milton was cat4. You dismissed that like it wasn't nothing. That was the most dangerous part. The cat 3 was the backend. That first half was the ultimate nightmare. Tornado Alley, 140 mph winds, rain with no visibility and massive damage. Have some common sense. This was piss poor preparation. People were thinking cat 3 that was not what they needed to worry about. The cat 4 is the weapon of mass destruction.

Incompetent news woman, spilling out random basic facts, and OWNING NONE OF THEM 😮 It’s like she’s reading a boring script during an epic historical storm ? Her favorite Line, “ you can see “ lmfao . I “ can see “ you stink at you job😅

It wasn't a 3 it came in a cat 4. Yall so busy trying to downgrade its intensity you put people in harm's way. Had you focused on THOSE 5 TO 6 HOURS of Cat 4 activity before the eyewall. People would have been walking and running out of their. You don't get cement peeling up from the sidewalks with a cat 3.
