Too bad it missed Palm Beach (west) and one particular residence and a golf club!

Hoping people in FL don't fall for the misinformation.

Unfortunately, the spread has been insidious....

The $750 is for immediate needs (housing, food, medication)

Then people have to **APPLY** for more compensation, and yes renters can get help!

FEMA can't cover what insurance covers, because double dipping.

Please, PLEASE apply on the FEMA site, or find out where the in-person application is near you

Since Trump has so many residences did Trump volunteer Mar-a-Lago as a hurricane relief center for Floridians to stay safe during the storm?

"Impressive" isn't the best choice of adjective when talking about rainfall and wind that destroyed people's homes and livelihoods. Pretty insensitive.

I live in South Florida. They closed down the schools for no reasons. Bunch of union moochers looking to get paid to do no work. There literally was a breeze here and there. It was unreal. The news down here made what NOAA provided and fear mongered what little “impact” Broward county would get. Terrible leadership decision making at the school districts down here. What was the rainfall totals for Sarasota? I didn’t see that listed.

“Impressive”??? Wow. Bad choice of vocabulary. I suppose if one is an expert in Mother Nature I can see after the fact how this could be used. BUT as you are reporting on the immediate wreckage of this massive disaster, this comes across as tone deaf to the reality people are facing. Bad choice of vocabulary.
