Hi, I bought this watch used, I can't delete the previous pairing, resetting the device doesn't solve the problem, the pairing cannot be deleted.

This does not reset my watch. It looks like ordinary restart of the watch, not factory. It offered me language change after restart and tutorial.
But all contacts are inside, messages etc.
