I'm a Christian. That being said, I can't stand 99.9% of all "Christian films"

66% from audiences on rotten tomatoes. I guess the world really is ending.

Don't worry Chris. You've earned much respect.

Even as a Christian, I loathed this movie. Absolute garbage. I got excited when it hit Netflix, and oh my gosh, it was one of the biggest cringe fests of all time. I couldn't even sit through the entire movie. My parents wanted to watch it, and I just basically told them not to waste their time and went into detail about the countless atrocities.

I was CRYING laughing at the scene in the mall when everyone gets raptured and clothes start falling from the second floor

That one critic on Rotten Tomatoes that gave this movie 4.5/5 --- I think you need a psychiatrist.

The same critic gave the Wolf of Wall Street 1/5 because of too much sex and drugs and stuff, I smell an overly devout nutjob christian.

Okay now I can't help but imagine Chris Stuckmann being stuck in a chair like Alex Delarge being forced to watch the movie

Sorry

I must disagree with you Chris, there was one moment in the movie worth watching! The muslim guy kicking the midget off the plane and the midget lands on his face, it was so bad and wrong and ridiculous that it made me laugh out loud at the stupidity of the entire film!

This movie is offensive not only to non-believers and Christians alike, it's offensive to movie watchers that could have used their time to watch a better movie... like The Wicker Man.

I have been a Christian my entire life and I completely agree with Chris.

This movie was absolutely terrible.

Okay... Yes, I am a Christian, and yes, I actually read (and honestly enjoyed) the Left Behind book series. But when I heard that this movie was being made, I knew from the get-go that it was going to _suck._
No lie, this movie covers only the FIRST THREE CHAPTERS of the first book, with some plot elements from later chapters lazily thrown in. Take from that what you will, but I personally consider that a failure on the filmmakers' part. For goodness sake, the original Left Behind movie with Kirk Cameron is not a good movie (though it is admittedly a guilty pleasure), but at least stuff actually HAPPENED. Investigations, murder, the freaking ANTICHRIST! Oh, believe me, the fact they removed the Antichrist character is a rant in and of itself! And (if you would allow me...) at least they TRIED to back up the Christian elements of the story instead of just shouting "DIS WUZ AN AKT OF GOD OMG" for two hours. This movie gave us nothing. It wasn't entertaining, it had no appeal, and it utterly fails to even effectively get across its morals. It fails on all levels.
It's a miracle how bad this movie sucks. An unholy, atrocious miracle. We deserve better, not just in terms of Christian-based films, but films in general.

Dang… this was the first review of yours that I ever saw. I remember being 15 and, being a sheltered christian kid, I was shocked that you could even say a Christian movie was bad. Watching it now, holy crap. This was one of the worst movies ever made. This review changed a lot for me!
