I started crying right at the course. People who don't deal with depression think it's just feeling sad. It's not. It's constantly lost in your head. Crying every night. Pushing away people that are there for you the most. Having the temptation of cutting and feeling completely alone. This is very well made. This is definitely something I needed to hear as I deal with a confusing relationship and having the feeling of losing somebody who has helped me through everything and the constant distance with my best friend who I don't even know if she's my friend anymore.
