The "miracle" on the Hudson pisses me off, it was 100% Captain Sullenburger who saved every passenger's life

I adore your work do much. Thank you for always presenting as factual information as possible. An example: The Gage story I'd heard discussed a million times but not once had I heard that there was conflicting information about the extent of his personality changes. Again, thank you for not going the easy route and actually putting the work in.

God, the "Smiley Face Killer(s)" thing just pisses me off and I appreciate that this video takes the time to point out that there is no evidence supporting it and it's not taken seriously by either local or federal law enforcement. I mean, it's been almost 35 years and the frauds who came up with that theory still can't decide if they believe it would be the work of one or multiple killers, or objectively link a single death to the graffiti that they found "around" the crime scene. And by "around", they frequently mean "several miles away".

Why was there an investigation into whether to pilot made the correct decision? Like he landed the plane with zero casualties. Literally could not have been a more favorable outcome.

As a quick 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Scotsman's 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 aside on the 1st oddity, Fingal's cave (a shortened version of the Irish giant's name Fionn MacCumhaill) is found on the Isle of Staffa in the scottish hebrides and has identical geography to the Causeway, meaning it either shared the same lava flow or was part of the same giants' bridge.

As an in-home healthcare worker specifically trained in developmental disabilities and related issues, and based on my studies in neurology in college, which went into this case in depth, Phineas Gage's story definitely smacks of what we see commonly in most traumatic brain injuries (TBI), & which also shows up in CTE; which is loss of impulse control, comorbid with explosive anger issues among other things. Neurologically it's starting to make a lot more sense as the years go by. An important case at the time for beginning this avenue of research.

My former boss and friend is Welsh, and there's this very long name for a rail station much like the name of that town - she rattled it off by memory, I was shocked lol.

I love the song "Gloomy sunday." Diamanda Galas' version is incredible.

My dad is from Galway and I remember him telling myself and my siblings the story of Fion McCumhaill (which is actually pronounced Finn MacCool lmao) and I was so excited by it. My granny in Ireland told me the same story and I took it to mean it HAD to be real if a “real@“ Irish person believed it, as though my dad moving to Australia with my mum made him less Irish lol.

One clarification: in Heaven’s Gate, “Do” and “Ti” are pronounced like the musical notes- Do Re Mi etc

Phineas Gage's brain injury transformed him from a normal person to someone like me, who has never had brain trauma...

36:20 its funny because my mom lived around there growing up and it was her party trick to say it, i grew up with her saying it and teaching us that and some other Welsh and its so ingrained in me that its easy to say lol. My bestie in America lost her mind when my mom told it to her. She does it super fast too, its really funny to see people's reactions lol

Edit: we can say the whole longer name, its fun to learn

As someone who has been to the Winchester Mystery House, it is disorienting just remember to stay with your guide. I am not a believer in ghosts but, there is something there that I can't explain so, I am now open minded.
