Corrections:
15:48 New year smoke was given out for 30 enemies destroyed not twitch drops. It turns out Twitch drops had happened recently before (26th Nov 2020) new year smoke was unlockable (23rd Dec 2020) and because tri-colour smoke was actually given out through twitch drops I mis-remembered and got this wrong. Sorry about that. Links to both original events as well as the event where tricolour was a twitch drop are below.

For FIREWORKS:
3. Go to your War Thunder folder.
4. Make a folder called UserHolidays
6. Open warthunder
7. Go to Options, Main Paramaters, Other Settings, Holiday region
8. Set Holiday region to zoltan_says_every_day_is_a_holiday
9. Wait till your PC time is between 8pm to 3am
10. Enjoy

Bringing back a flexible D point would actually be such a good idea to counter those matches where 1 team gets absolutely stomped. Make it so that it takes down like half the remaining tickets of the enemy or something, so that a losing team with few tickets doesn't lose too much but a winning team with loads of tickets does.

One of the wierdest things that happened to me in WT was when I was playing the A6M5 Ko on Iwo Jima, we killed the entire enemy team except for 1 player and than we activated a blind hunt and an avenger order after that but he still didn`t get after some 10 mins we sudenly found him going for our Airfield and took him out. When I went to look in the replay from that player perspective it didnt work and it showed like he despawned only for it to work 30 mins later at the end of the game.... Probably one of the spookiest WT experiences.

17:08 holy shit do you see the ambient lighting and light scattering? Why is it not in the game anymore? It looks so good. There is something about the old old WT looks which just feels more ... better?
I remember back in the day the clouds looked really epic and then we got an update which made the clouds look worse than playstation 1 graphics lol. Only just recently Gaijin restored the cloud graphics back.

In recent months I'd been seeing a lot of players with similar weird looking, grammatically incorrect German names. They didn't look like terms the average Wehraboo would go for but very definitely like they were randomly generated, and always had the same format. I could imagine those were bot players, too (maybe to auto-grind for the summer event)
