The hurricane season has significantly slowed down due to lots of dust and cooler temperatures. However, this doesn’t mean that we won’t see several storms later, especially during the peak of the season. Everyone be prepared, because the worst is yet to come while hurricane season makes its comeback.

The heat will shift east warming up the gulf and Atlantic coast. I have a feeling that the gulf and east coast will have 3 major hurricanes 🌀.

I remember moving to Fl in 04. That year it if I remember correctly it was quiet until the second week of Aug ? There is a documentary about the 04 season on Nova I think . It's pretty interesting.

My prediction is a mild hurricane season.

As an East Coast surfer, I’ve watched every hurricane season for the past 35 years. Seems like it’s going to pump once we get through the last weeks of august. Some of the busiest years on record haven’t even got moving until that time period. Hopefully the Bermuda High will be a little further to the east this year, which will bring the storms up the coast between the Outer Banks and Bermuda. If the high is a little closer to the west, we will have a lot of wind and it kills the waves for surfing. Let’s hope for lots of storms, but for all of them to stay away from the coast. Hopefully we will be in for pumping swell with NO WIND to destroy it.
