Personally, I think you might be trying too hard. If you have a choice in suit wear. Try a different suit color and tie color like maybe a black suit with a good color to match the suit. Get rid of the Birth Control Glasses. And either get some contacts or get a better style of glasses. And grow your hair at a little bit. Your military haircut is not a good look for you. Maybe try out nicely trimmed Stone Cold Steve Austin Goatee.
Lastly, you got to relax if you want to make being a weatherman your permanent job.

It was Tampa, valrico area were Milton destroyed everything, we had to evacuate to GA, houses outside the community were flooded, we lost power for 2 weeks and still cleaning all the debris and trees. Orlando was ok
