I make 6 figures a year without a college degree. If you're smart and work hard, you'll be ahead of 90% of the workforce you're competing against. I'm turning 37 this month. If I could go back and do it again, I'd learn a trade. Of my 3 wealthiest friends, 2 are welders, and one is a plumber. The welders work about 6 months a year and easily make $250k/year. If you're young and reading this, only go to college if you need a certification or license to do the job you want to do. Going for a business or finance degree doesn't make sense anymore. I interview candidates every month for my company. I'll hire someone with 4-5 years experience in our field long before I'll hire someone with a piece of paper. I'm going to have to train you either way.. Just my 2 cents.

Correction, best doctors and lawyers don’t make a few 100k, some/most do. The best ones make much more.

Agree! Most of people with college degree end up doing a totally different job! Speaks for itself :)

I have an associates degree from a community college and a great job now. Wouldn’t have gotten it without a college degree lol
