This transformation must simultaneously offer better nutrition and prevent hundreds of millions more people from becoming food insecure, while protecting natural resources and finding ways to reverse the damage of the past. How do we deal with the failings in the global food system? Why is it so important to keep in mind the environmental impact of food? And how do experts envision the future evolution of food?
